The Transition Lab
Unearth what you already bring. Build what comes next, with women of color who help you see it.
You come in circling and leave with a direction, a plan, and a community.
Transitions are messy. They surface fears you don't say out loud, especially when you're used to being the capable one, the composed one, the one everyone else depends on.
You're not lost. You're at a real inflection point and that's not the same thing. The Transition Lab doesn't push you past these questions. It gives them structure, context, and company.
The Transition Lab is designed for women navigating career shifts: a new role, evolving within a current organization, or simply knowing it is time for something different.
What participants say
"The Transition Lab created a space where I could be seen and held, and where I received the permission that I'd subconsciously needed: permission to rest, to prioritize joy, and to just be."
Before: "I would've felt lonely in the process, as if my peers had things figured out and I was the only one flailing in the wind."
After six sessions: "An action plan did not exist, just a tornado of ideas and no understanding of how to bring them to fruition. Now I have SMART goals that I can refer to and update as proof of progress."

I'm moving from living in my head to grounding in reality.— Transition Lab participant
Career transitions aren't only about finding the next job.
They're about reconstructing your professional identity when the old role no longer defines you.
